At Shockview Technologies we understand that IT lives at home too, we know that nothing is more frustrating than trying to find that missing file or needing to know why the PC is not booting when you have a game to play. So we offer residentials services to help you get past those road blocks.

  • Applies toward further service if on-site work is required

  • Covers up to 3 personal devices 
  • 1-year commitment required

Support for common residential issues, including:

  • Connectivity issues 

Unlimited remote support applies to standard residential use and is subject to reasonable use.

  • Preferred Scheduling
  • Faster Response Times when possible


Exclusive Access:

  • Early Access to our refurbished and used technology inventory


Free Monthly Maintenance:

  • Monthly monitoring and maintenance of covered devices, catching issues before the cause you grief.




What's not included

 

To maintain service quality and fairness, this membership does not include:

  • On-site support (discounted but billed separately) 
  • Hardware repair or replacement 
  • Business-related devices or environments 
  • More than 3 devices per membership
